There are no hidden files in All Programs and they wouldn't be anywhere else. The program files may be listed in another folder (like Adobe or Illustrator or almost anything) - but probably something at least related enough that you would recognize it. That a re-installation was required (some Sonic and Roxio products). I've seen some incompatable software products crash the system to the point It may also cause you other problems on down the road that may not seem like they're related at all - I don't know why it was deemed incompatable.
